Charles Dean Photography was founded in 2015 by Charles Carpino. A former licensed electrician by trade, Charles realized several years ago that his interest in photography was becoming more than just a hobby… it was becoming a passion.
So, in 2014, upon graduating from the Hallmark Institute of Photography in Massachusetts, Charles and his wife, Korinne, moved from Massachusetts to Mount Dora, FL where he launched Charles Dean Photography, focusing on real estate, special events, and family photography. He’s never looked back.
Here’s what you can expect from Charles Dean Photography…
We’ll always “listen first.” Before beginning an engagement, we want to learn about you. Why are you considering a professional photographer? What are your objectives? What are you hoping for in the final product? We’ll do everything we can to ensure that the photos we take will meet your objectives.
We’ll go to you. We’ve found that clients are most comfortable in settings with which they’re familiar, rather than in a studio. That’s why we make every effort to meet you wherever you’d like to meet.
We’ll bring an artist’s eye to the work. Taking the picture is the easy part. The art of photography is much more nuanced. It’s about the lighting, shadows, highlighting, and backdrop. We sweat the details to ensure that everything is as it should be before the first frame is shot.
When he’s not working professionally or volunteering his services to local causes, Charlie is constantly exploring how his photography can be used to create art.
